How To Make Home-Made Ghee For Indian Cooking?

This is my favourite vegetarian curry. It is absolutely amazing and works brilliantly as a side dish or as a main course. If you like broccoli, you are going to love this fantastic curry.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters. Place them in a large saucepan filled with enough water to cover. Add the vegetable bouillon to the water. Boil the potatoes in the water until they are soft when poked with a fork. Cooking time is typically 20 to 30 minutes.



The stuffed paratha starts out as a Roti rolled out, in the centre of which is placed a dollop of stuffing (spiced, mashed boiled potatoes, cauliflour etc). The Roti is then picked up by the edges, sealed (by pressing together) and then rolled out again. This is then cooked the same way as a Paratha. Typically it is served crisp, with yoghurt (sometimes whipped) with pickles. An idea after-paratha drink is sweet, milky tea.

Restrict the drinking of coffee and increase the intake of protein products. You must also avoid the intake of alcohol and always prefer to have low sodium diet. Following this simple diet habits shows an effective result among the patient of vertigo.

Add 4 c of water to the saucepan and bring to a check here boil. Season with salt and pepper then lower the heat to simmer. Gently add the dumplings to the saucepan.



Constipation- Drink hot water with a pinch of turmeric, salt and ghee (clarified butter) just before you go to bed and early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help in lubricating your intestines and also in cleansing it. Do not be sceptical of the simplicity here. It can cure the most stubborn constipation.

Add the potatoes, cauliflower, and beans. Add the peas now if you are using fresh ones. Pulse the mixture a few times, and then transfer it to a bowl. Add the garam masala, turmeric, salt, pepper and steamed vegetables. Mix well and divide the mixture into portions.

Though milk is considered a healthy food there are many people who are intolerant to milk and its products. Milk allergies are common among children and adults alike. Although there are many controversies that revolve around its consumption, milk products are still manufactured and consumed in a large scale.
